Born on March 31, 1977 in the Istaravshan city, Sughd region of the Republic of Tajikistan.    

In 1999 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National State University of Tajikistan.

Since August 1999 - trainee for the position of assistant prosecutor of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Dushanbe;

Since July 2000 – assistant prosecutor of the Zheleznodorozhny district of Dushanbe;

Since January 2004 - Prosecutor, senior prosecutor of the General Supervision Directorate of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan ;

Since April 2011 - senior prosecutor of the department for monitoring the implementation of legislation in the field of economics and social sphere of the General Supervision Directorate of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan;

Since October 2015-Senior Prosecutor of the General Supervision Department of the General Prosecutor 's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan ;

Since July 2016 – Prosecutor of the Shahrinav district;

Since February 2019 – Prosecutor of the city of Penjikent;

Since February 28, 2024 – Deputy General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Counselor of Justice 1st class.

Fluentli speaks Tajik and Russian languages.

Married, has 4 children.
