Born on Aprel 20, 1968 in the Shakhritus district, Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan.              

In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National State University of Tajikistan.

Since July 1994 - trainee for the position of assistant prosecutor of the Dangara district of the Khatlon region;

Since August 1995 - assistant prosecutor of the Dangara district of Khatlon region;

Since January 1996 - investigator of the prosecutor's office of the Dangara district of the Khatlon region.

Since August 1998 - Prosecutor - senior criminologist of the prosecutor's office of the Khatlon region;

Since October 2001 – assistant district prosecutor A. Jami, Khatlon region;
