On July 9, 2026, a meeting of the Prosecutor General's Office Board was held at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, chaired by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel-General of Justice Habibullo Saidullo Vokhidzoda.

At the beginning of the meeting, it was emphasized that the forward-looking policies of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, and President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, contribute to further strengthening the authority of the Republic of Tajikistan. The adoption by the United Nations General Assembly of a resolution declaring the "International Decade for the Consolidation of Peace for Future Generations 2027–2036" as another initiative of the Republic of Tajikistan is a clear indication of the international community's recognition of the peace-loving, creative, and humane policies of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. At the initiative of the Leader of the Nation, using the right of legislative initiative and guided by the principle of humanism, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Amnesty" was signed on June 16, 2026.

On May 21^st 2026, in the conference hall of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel-General of Justice Vohidzoda Habibullo Saydullo held a meeting with youth of the country — members of the public association “Payravoni Peshvoi Millat” (“Followers of the Leader of the Nation”).

This event was held in pursuance of the instructions and directives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Emomali Rahmon, as part of the celebration of the “Youth Day of Tajikistan”, which is marked annually on 23 May. The meeting addressed issues related to the role of youth in strengthening statehood, safeguarding national values, enhancing legal culture and preventing crime.

On May 19, 2026, in the building of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, a meeting was held between the Prosecutor General Vohidzoda H.S. and the Head of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia Kaha Imnadze.

​During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation in ensuring regional security were reviewed, and particular attention was paid to the issues of countering modern global challenges and threats, including international terrorism and extremism.

​The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tajikistan Vohidzoda H.S. informed the Head of the Regional Centre about the implementation of the National Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan on Countering Extremism and Terrorism for the period until 2040. It was noted that the document of the said strategy strengthens the key role of the prosecutor's office authorities in coordinating inter-agency and international cooperation to achieve the set objectives.

​In his turn, Kaha Imnadze expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and noted that currently, Central Asia, as an important subject of preventive diplomacy, is actively strengthening its position on the world stage. In this regard, the significant contribution of the Republic of Tajikistan to maintaining stability and security in the Central Asian region was emphasized.

Today, on May 15, 2026, at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, in order to implement the instructions and orderof the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the honorable Emomali Rahmon, chaired by the Chairman of the Coordinating Council of Law Enforcement Agencies of the Republic of Tajikistan - The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Tajikistan, Colonel-General of Justice Vohidzoda Habibullo Saidullo, held a meeting of the Coordinating Council for Supervision of Compliance and enforcement of the requirements of the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On State Protection and Support of Entrepreneurship" and "On the moratorium on inspections of business entities".

The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the Coordinating Council for the Activities of Control Bodies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Kholikzoda Hokim Hikmatullo, as well as heads of control and supervisory bodies.

On May 14, 2026, the twenty-third meeting of the Prosecutors General of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) was held via video link, chaired by the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

The meeting was attended by delegations from Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Russia, as well as delegations from the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the Executive Committee of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

The meeting focused on the development of judicial and legal cooperation in the field of cross-border criminal justice, mutual legal assistance, dispute resolution, asset recovery, and combating extremism, terrorism, drug trafficking, and other transnational organized crime.
