On March 18, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon received cadres appointed to senior positions in various government agencies for a conversation.

By decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and Government resolutions, personnel changes have been made in the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Transport, the Committee on Language and Terminology, the Committee on Women and Family Affairs, the Agency for the Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage, the Enforcement Service, the Main Directorate for the Protection of State Secrets, the Agency for Social Protection of the Ministry of Health and Social protection of the population, a number of higher educational institutions and research institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. In particular, employees who have reached retirement age have been relieved of their positions, and young and experienced specialists have been appointed to senior positions.

During the conversation, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, in particular, drew the attention of those present to the issues of improving the quality of education and upbringing of the younger generation, adapting scientific research to the needs of the time and increasing their effectiveness, strengthening coordination between science and industry, improving the quality of work in the fields of healthcare, social protection, culture, work with women and family, adaptation of infrastructure and services in the transport sector to international standards and other relevant issues, and also gave specific instructions to the staff., appointed to responsible management positions.

It was emphasized that every civil servant is obliged to fulfill his official duties with a high sense of responsibility, selflessly and conscientiously with a pure heart and good intentions, as well as constantly make a comprehensive contribution to the education of young personnel.
