Reception of citizens regarding their complaints and appeals on the basis of Article 13 of the Law of RT “On citizens' appeals”, is carried out every Saturday from 8:00 to 12:00 in the administrative buildings of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office, the Prosecutor's Office of GBAR, regions, Dushanbe and the Tajik Transport Prosecutor's Office.

Kindly requested to applying citizens to follow the order of staged appeal, that is, the initial appeal to the district (city) prosecutor's office of the place of residence, and then, in case of disagreement with the decision of a district (city) prosecutor to the Regional Prosecutor's Office, and after to the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Periodically the leadership of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tajikistan will organize personal reception of citizens directly on the places, about which the citizens will be notified through the official website of the prosecutor’s office.
