Born on February 21, 1965 in the Farkhor district Khatlon region of the Republic of Tajikistan         

In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National State University of Tajikistan.

Since June 1988 - trainee as a prosecutor in the general supervision department of the Kurgantyubinsk Region Prosecutor's Office;

Since July 1988 - trainee for the position of investigator at the prosecutor's office of the city of Kurgantyube;

Since January 1989 - trainee for the position of investigator of the prosecutor's office of the Jilikul district of the Khatlon region;

Since September 1989 - investigator of the Jilikul district of the Khatlon region;

Since February 1993 - senior investigator for particularly important cases of the prosecutor's office of the Khatlon region;

Since March 1994 - head of the department for monitoring the implementation of laws in the security agencies and customs committee of the prosecutor's office of the Khatlon region;

Since September 1996 - Prosecutor of the Farkhor district of the Khatlon region;

Since November 1998 – Prosecutor of the Frunzensky (Sino) district of Dushanbe;

Since May 2005 – Prosecutor of the city of Dushanbe;

Since December 2006 - Head of the Personnel and Records Management Department of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tajikistan ;

Since March 2011 – Deputy General Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan;

Since February 2015 – Prosecutor of the Sughd region;

Since November 2020 – Director of the Drug Control Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

From February 28, 2024 – Deputy General Prosecutor – Chief Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Tajikistan.
